I love learning about the different fascinating “bugs” and the diseases they cause. I enjoy problem-solving unusual and challenging cases as well as learning about the fascinating and complex variety of problems seen in the field of infectious diseases.
Why I chose ID: I chose an infectious diseases fellowship in Rutgers NJMS for the opportunity to experience and learn from the variety of ID cases encountered in this diverse patient population. Getting to live in a bustling, culturally diverse, historical area is a plus.

Why I chose ID: To me, ID represents a specific niche of expert diagnosticians who use evidence based medicine and critical thinking in their day to day lives. I chose this field, because it allows me to expand my knowledge base and use analytical thinking.
